Geared is launching a greenfield maritime autonomy programme focused on offshore operations and marine surveying environments. We are building advanced autonomous and remotely operated capabilities designed to operate reliably in demanding offshore conditions.
Lead delivery of a complex offshore autonomy programme, coordinating multidisciplinary engineering, marine operations, and external stakeholders.
Help defining and own the technical architecture across vessel systems, automation stack, sensing payloads, and offshore integration requirements.
Design and develop automation, control, COP, and mission-management capabilities suited for offshore survey, inspection, and subsea support operations.
Support software development, systems integration, simulation, testing, and validation for offshore remote and autonomy applications.
Develop technical documentation aligned with project governance compliance, requirements, use cases, and operational deployment.
